More LR B&W conversion stuff - desaturate in HSL panel

This tip is from Martin Evening (Lightroom News).

This technique replaces the greyscale conversion tool within LR. It gives more control and the results are less noisy in flat sky areas.

You basically desaturate the image within the HSL panel. A preset can be created to avoid moving every slider each time. Then adjustments can be made using the luminance controls, WB and tint sliders, and vibrance/saturation sliders.

Works very nicely.
